Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The materials we processed include iron, aluminum alloy, etc. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process. Casting services usually help to make complex shapes that would be otherwise difficult or uneconomical to make by other methods.
Currently, we primarily offer two categories of casting services: sand casting and die casting. Sand casting utilizes sand as the mold material. This kind of material is economical because of its recyclable property. Sand casting is suitable for machining non-standard, single piece and large size parts. Die casting is a technology that uses high melting point metal materials to make casting moulds, and it is widely applied to mass quantity of production.

We have die cast process monitoring system to detect broken or defective parts and eliminate production errors. After inspection, we will carry out machining to improve the performance of die casts.
