We are a full service machine shop, and we have acquired the milling knowledge, experience and expertise to offer custom milling service and cater for all your CNC milling needs. If you have surface or solid CAD drawings, we have the capability of fabricating directly from your drawings. This can get rid of errors that may happen when programming from paper drawings.
Available for a diverse range of metal manufacturing, we can fabricate your OEM components in all grades of material including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cobalt, bronze and copper. We also fabricate OEM parts from nylon, PVC and delrin.
Features
We are equipped with some special and professional machines for offering milling and boring service. Our CNC boring and milling service makes us possible to fabricate custom shapes of components, especially for barrel-shaped workpiece. These machines allow us to handle large workpieces. Meanwhile, we are capable of making in-house welding fabrication, then the fabricated parts will be further processed by the milling machine.
